  • LIGHTWEIGHT CARBON BONNET 2019

    Product Overview

    Due to its excellent strength and light weight, carbon is used in many parts of the motor sports world and has a unique texture. The bonnet achieves about 1/2 weight reduction from 15.5 kg to 8.2 kg. It becomes the same effect as the air conditioner is not installed. In the front heavy-duty FF car, this weight reduction reduces understeer, provides quick turnaround, reduces the burden on the brakes, and exhibits good handling characteristics that are essential for sports driving such as improved acceleration performance. The product has the texture of lacy black carbon fiber. Installation is the same method as STD lock, no bonnet pin is required. Window washers also work.

    Remarks & Remarks
    (Caution) As carbon products may be discolored by ultraviolet light, it is recommended to apply a clear coating for ultraviolet protection. 

    ・ Please be sure to do temporary fitting of the product before painting. 
    ・ Because the product will be deformed in environments such as painting booths / heaters, do not heat and dry naturally. 
    ・ If the temperature is low, such as in winter, or if the humidity is high, dry it entirely at 40 ° C or less. 
    -Please do not heat partially. It causes strain.

  • LIGHTWEIGHT CARBON BONNET

    Product Overview

    Spoon carbon fiber bonnets are hand-laid. The result is excellent quality and strength whilst weighing very little. Weight reduction can be up to half the weight of the stock item. By reducing the front weight of the car, under steer is greatly reduced and the cars handling is improved.

     

    Bonnet pins are not required due to their sturdy construction and moulded bonnet catch.

  • INNER SPACER SET [3MM]

    Product Overview

    These spacers are required for the installation of the twin block calipers on the 96 Spec DC2, EK4 and EG6. They are mounted on the inside of the disc to space it away from the hub sufficiently to offer a central disc alignment with the caliper.

  • HIGH FLOW AIR FILTER

    Product Overview

    New version features a multilayer urethane material instead of the OEM high density paper material. The use of urethane dramatically improves filter efficiency. This filter cannot be washed and re-used. Replace with normal recommended factory intervals.

    Upon full opening of the throttle, a huge volume of air is drawn in at highspeeds. Meanwhile, when the throttle is closed, an inertial force acts and air is compressed at the instant just prior to full closing. When the accelerator is subsequently depressed, the sealed cleaner box is subjected to a more intense vacuum as a result of the reaction to compression. The efficiency of replenishment is increased a result of this action, and accordingly, the air-intake system of the Honda NA is both extremely ingenious and highly necessary.

  • EXHAUST MANIFOLD [4-2-1]

    Product Overview

    The Spoon 4-2-1 header is designed to provide the maximum balance between peak power and torque.

    To develop this header, Spoon tested all possible combinations of pipe diameter, length, bends, and rotation through engine dyno, flow bench, and driving/circuit tests. The result was an extremely lightweight header (6.8kg) with substantial peak and mid-range power gains. Weight saving 50% over the OEM manifold of 11.5

    For best results we recommend installing the with Spoon N1 Muffler and B-pipe.
