  • EXHAUST B-PIPE

    Product Overview

    The Spoon exhaust b-pipe is designed in conjunction with the Spoon header and muffler to provide the most ideal exhaust flow while also reducing weight.

    The forward position of the silencer provides higher exhaust gas temperature to increase catalyser efficiency and a higher silencing effect. An internal diameter of 60.5 mm has been selected to work with the displacement of the vehicle.

    Whist it is possible to increase the power output and torque the weight saving is also of great benefit.

    Can be used in conjunction with the Spoon Tail silencer or the factory muffler.

  • COMPLETE BLUEPRINTED ENGINE [2.0L]

    Product Overview

    For the ultimate in endurance racing, we offer the Spoon Blueprinted Complete Engine Assembly. Each engine assembly is a JDM Honda long block straight from Spoon's engine assembly room. Spoon mechanics reassemble the engines with precision balances and blueprint each component down to 0.02g ensure optimum performance during endurance racing.

    The engines are assembles in Spoon Type One workshop in Tokyo Japan. Each unit is assembled by hand under the close inspection of the highly experienced engineers. The engines are built to provide excellent performance, drivability and reliability.

    During the build, you have the option of installing a range of Spoon performance upgrades which include Spoon Camshafts and a Spoon Baffled oil pan. These performance components are an additional cost to the engine build but there is no extra charge for fitting them.

  • CLOSE RATIO GEAR KIT

    Product Overview

    The Spoon Cross Gear set for the Civic FD2 & Accord CL7 replaces fourth,  fifth and sixth ratio’s with shorter and more track suitable ratios for fast road and race purposes.

    The standard long ratios are designed for economy and comfort, they allow a high (70-80mph) speed cruising at lower engine RPMS. Whilst this avoids using the K20 VTEC cam to save on fuel, it is not the optimum arrangement to best use the K20’s engine power and torque.

    Spoon have reduced the 4th, 5th and 6th gear ratios to shorten them and allow the user to better use the power and increase acceleration in the higher gears. Achievable top speed will be reduced and become realistic.

    Many customers comment this is the single most circuit beneficial medication they make to their vehicle.

    This Spoon Sports Carbon Fibre Seat is not only a beautiful lightweight seat ideal for racing and the road.

    Unique cloth material was used which exhibits good moisture wicking while preventing the body from sliding. The bucket shape allows driver to withstand greater later-G loading with less effort. Shell has spine cut-out for increased comfort. 

    This seat uses low rebound flexible polyurethane foam and it  shape and fabric have changed compared to the last revision.

    There is a black spoon logo will embroidered and on a small tag on the side of the seat.

     

    Fits all car models with most side mount rails. Carbon Kevlar construction.

  • BLUPRINTED DRIVE SHAFT SET

    Product Overview

    The importance of a reliable driveshaft is often overlooked in endurance racing to street applications. The standard Honda units do not lack strength themselves, the troubles and failure of the driveshafts are often the finishing quality. Slight pitting can occur on the contact surfaces, which under high heat deteriorate which then cause vibrations and failure.

     

    The Spoon drive shafts are standard Honda units that have been disassembled then reworked and reassembled by Spoon technicians. Each contact surface has been polished and finished to exacting standards and then the components are matched during assembly to ensure the highest tolerances.

     

    This ensures a smooth power delivery and reliable service
