During race and endurance situations Spoon discovered that the Differential Ring Gear of the s2000 becomes venerable to excessive ware and failure due to excessive temperatures and degradation of the quality of the oil.
To combat this Spoon have developed the High capacity differential case allowing a much increased volume of oil to be held within the oil bath. This allows the oil to remain cooler and ensures good coverage of the gears within the differential. Essential modification for race applications.
