    Product Overview

    The SPOON Propeller Shaft S2000 AP1 AP2 is a replacement Propeller Shaft for your honda from Spoon Sports. The engine, the clutch, the transmission, and the output power are connected with Diff through this propeller shaft. Spoon has put a lot of work in to this shaft to improve the rotation balance this part to 1.2kg/cm2 down from 1.3kg/cm2. Furthermore, the final rotation balance will ultimately also depend on your flywheel, brake rotor and so forth. Replacement propeller shaft, lighter weight, and balanced to perfection.

    Product Overview

    The Spoon propeller shaft for S2000 is a stock Honda unit that has been disassembled then reworked and reassembled by Spoon technicians.

     

    The reworking involves the polishing of internal components to reduce friction and smoothen operation. Furthermore, the rotational balance of the shaft is improved from the standard 1.3kg/cm2 to 1.2kg/cm2. This smoothens and improves the shifting feel, eliminating the notchy 2nd gear engagement common to S2000s. (Note, to improve driving smoothness, Spoon uses the rotational balance value of 1.2kg/cm2 as the standard for all rotating parts such as the flywheel and brake rotor).

  • BAFFLED OIL PAN

    Product Overview

    In fast cornering it is possible for the engine so suffer low oil pressure due to oil starvation. This is caused by the lateral G forces pulling the oil away from the pickup.

    The addition of the specially designed baffle plate to a genuine Honda sump makes it possible to prevent this occurrence. The Installation of a baffled oil pan is highly recommended when the vehicle is being used in a high G environment such as circuit racing / testing to prevent engine blow.

    All Spoon Baffled Sumps include a replacement sum gasket and HAMP oil filter.
